Falling Film Chillers are suitable for cooling large amounts of water down to temperatures as low as 0,5ºC without problems or chiller damage from ice. Due to the open system it is also suitable for cooling contaminated liquids.

Omega falling film chillers transfer heat from a thin liquid falling on the outside of the plates, while the refrigerant is passing through the inside of the plate. Cooling liquids over a wide temperature difference can easily be achieved.
