The Tunnel with cars is an installation indicated to cool or ultra-freeze small amounts of products, discontinuously. This installation consists of a chamber with floor, inside which one or several trolleys with trays, made of stainless steel, can be housed. The cameras can be supplied with different degrees of insulation, depending on the temperature of exercise.
