Spiral pasteurizer model

New generation of pasteurizers for the treatment of fresh stuffed pasta without filling, which leaves the product visually unaltered. Thanks to its "spiral" transport system, this machine is capable of handling large quantities of product in a very small space. Unlike common commercial pasteurizers that use the saturated steam system, this equipment has a special technology that uses a "mixture of heat and ventilated steam" as a source of pasteurization. The machine consists of a forced ventilation system for a perfect treatment of the product and a special system consisting of two steam heating batteries and a humidification circuit, independent of each other, which allows to control the temperature and humidity in the interior of the pasteurization room.
