- An original design allows the foamed polyurethane insulation in place without chlorofluorocarbons to be fixed with glass fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) which produces an extremely durable insulated panel.
- Magnetically sealed vinyl gasket is standard on all hinged doors.
- A variety of finishes are available, including 26 gauge steel with USDA-accepted white polyester finish, G-90 26-gauge galvanized relief steel and galvalume.
- Hinges and bolt covered with heavy duty chrome. Nickel coated cover hinges are standard on larger doors.
- Self-lubricating cam hinges raise the door when opening, reducing friction on the floor seal.
- An emergency release pin allows the door to be opened from the inside even when padlocked from the outside.
