Leveling ramps
Hörmann’s leveling ramps are the tailor-made solutions to compensate for the difference in height between the truck surface and the ramps. In this way the goods can be loaded and unloaded with a single horizontal movement. The robust steel structure with a torsion-resistant platform compensates for lateral tilts without difficulties even if the truck is loaded non-evenly.
The reliable hydraulic with 2 lifting cylinders for the nail can meet all requirements, is easy to handle and, above all, is safe. Since these leveling ramps are equipped with automatic emergency stop valves on the lift cylinders.
The leveling ramps are secured almost instantly. This is important if a truck moves away from the loaded platform too early.

Dock coats
The Hörmann dock coats protect the vehicle from weather influences, save energy costs, avoid drafts and thus the lack of personnel due to sick leave. Combined with leveling ramps, they perfectly replace canopies and temporary structures for ramps.
The Hörmann canvas dock coats are universally adapted to all truck measures. The high-quality upper and side tarpaulins are mounted on a galvanized frame that gives way, forming a stable, flexible and tear-resistant structure. Tarpaulins and frames are manufactured as individual bolt-on components for easy assembly. For this reason, they can be replaced easily and economically. Inflatable dock coats and foam dock coats complement the extensive program for specific use.

Isothermal tunnels
Isothermal tunnels are placed in front of the ship. This implies that it can take advantage of every last centimeter of the ship. The Hörmann isothermal tunnels are always a good option if the construction of the buildings does not allow the installation of interior ramps or a lower gap in the ramps has not been provided. A complete isothermal tunnel consists of a bed with leveling ramp, the side and roof lining, as well as a loading opening with spring shelter.
In combination with industrial doors with thermal insulation from Hörmann, the use of insulated tunnels is recommended for the transport of heat-sensitive goods.
Loading and unloading stations occupy a large part of the outside of the building. In this way, a great potential for energy savings is achieved.
